"Refund came through, but it took a while"
I ended up having to ask for a refund, and to be fair, it did get sorted in the end. It just took literally longer than I expected, and I had to follow up a couple of times to get a clear answer. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely wasn’t the smoothest experience either. Giving 3 stars because I did get my money back, I just wish the whole process had been faster and with less back and forth.

"Helpful support and no hassle"
I had a question about my UTV setup and their tech support got back to me quick. They explained this and that in normal words, which made it a lot easier to figure out what I actually needed. Overall it was simple, and I didn’t feel like I was getting the runaround

I mean, the inventory was good overall. Like, I was able to find most of what I was looking for, and there seemed to be a decent amount of options available. Nothing really stood out as a big issue, so yeah, overall it was a solid experience.

It showed up damaged, which was not great and kind of annoying, but I contacted them and they handled it quick. So overall not perfect, but the problem was taken care of without much hassle.

"Decent experience, but communication could’ve been better"
My item ended up being on backorder, and I had to reach out myself to find out what was going on. To be fair, they did respond and explain the situation, which I appreciated. It just reminded me how much a quick update can make a difference when you’re waiting on something. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but a little more proactive communication would’ve made it feel a lot smoother

Checkout was easy. I found the parts I needed, added them to my cart, and the payment went through without any strange errors or surprises. I also appreciated that the shipping cost showed up before I paid, which feels fair and makes it easier to decide. I’m giving it 4 stars because the page was a bit slow on my phone, and I had to double-check my address twice. Not a huge deal, but fair to mention. Other than that, everything went smoothly.

"Return was painless"
I had to send back a part I ordered from fueledutv.com because I grabbed the wrong size. That one was on me, but the return process was easy enough to follow, and support got back to me in about a day, which I appreciated.
The only reason I’d go with 4 stars instead of 5 is that the refund took a little longer than I was expecting. It did come through without any issues though, so overall I’d say it was a solid experience, just a little faster next time would make it even better.

"Fit Right the First Time"
I ordered a clutch kit for my RZR, and the fitment info was actually spot on. I don’t have the patience to deal with guessing games or sending parts back, so it was a relief when everything bolted up like it should. it’s nice when a site’s info actually matches your machine.

"Some good picks, but missing the basics"
There were definitely a few good picks in there, and I did find some value from it. But i was expecting a bit more of the basic stuff to be covered too. Not saying it’s a scam, but it felt like some important pieces were either skipped over or not explained well enough. It’s okay overall, just not as complete as I hoped.

I had a question about my order, so I reached out to Fueled UTV. They got back to me quicker than I expected and actually answered my question instead of sending some generic copy-and-paste reply. There was one small delay on the follow-up, but nothing that felt like a big deal. Things happen, and as long as the company communicates and takes care of the issue, that’s what matters. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d be comfortable ordering from them again

"Wrong part at first, but they sorted it out"
My order showed up with one wrong part, which was frustrating because I kind of felt stuck until it got fixed. I emailed Fueled UTV and they replied the next day, then sent out the correct part without making me jump through a bunch of hoops. It took a little longer than I wanted, but in the end they handled it fine.

I ordered from FueledUTV for the first time and, it went smoothly. The site felt legit, and I got updates along the way. My stuff showed up when I expected it to, well, it showed up without any issues, which is really all I was hoping for. I’d order from them again.

It took some fiddling to get it on, but once I figured out the pattern of how it needed to line up, it went on fine. Not the easiest at first, but I got there eventually.

"Definitely made my UTV feel better"
I ordered a clutch kit from FueledUTV, i was kind of hoping it would make a noticeable difference because I wasn’t totally sure what to expect. But after getting it installed, my UTV feels way better. It pulls harder off the line and the ride feels smoother overall, which was a relief. Shipping was decent too, so no complaints there. Happy with it and glad it actually did what I was hoping it would.
